You should also include the number of bags you will like to produce in one day and the number of workers you are going to employ in the factory.
Setup The Factory
The first thing to do after drafting out your plan is to setup a factory where the table water production will be taking place.

The reason why people prefer table water compared to the normal water that comes directly from the tap, well or borehole is because of the purification process table water goes through.
As such, it is mandatory for you to have a distillation machine in your factory to make the water pure and drinkable. A water distillation machine comes in different sizes and specification so you have to choose from the options depending on the largeness of the factory and your budget. However, a distillation machine cost ₦1,000,000 above.
Sealing Machine
A sealing machine is paramount for a water factory because it is a must to seal the sachet of water.
Mind you, the sealing machine must be automatic because of the nature of what you are producing. You can use a manual sealing machine if you are going into businesses like rice distribution.
You will have to purchase two types of sealing machine if you are producing bottled water because the sealing machine for sachets differs from the sealing machine for plastic bottles.
An automatic sealing machine can be bought for ₦300,000.
Packaging Materials
You need packaging materials for the production of the water.
You need nylons (sachets) and also plastic bottles for the factory. The quantity of packaging materials you are buying depends on the amount of table water you are going to be producing.

Register The Business With NAFDAC
NAFDAC is a government agency that is responsible for the licensing of food, drugs and any company that deals with the production of things that are consumed in the body.
To be able to sell your table water, your factory must be approved by NAFDAC. To get approved, you have to go through a process where your water would be tasted to make sure that it is good for consumption. When you pass the approval process, a license and unique number would be given to you which should be pasted on every sachet or bottled water you produce.
Branding And Advertisement
As a new company, you need to reach out to wholesalers and retailers about your water.
This people are distributors who buy water in bulk and then sell it to the consumers. They have a very crucial role to play for you to have successful sales in your water production business.
You also need to make branding a priority because there are hundreds of pure water production company out there so you need to make your company standout to be able to get constant customers.
To brand your water production company, you have to get a logo for the company and also a name that is easy to remember.
The name and logo should be on every bottled and sachet water you produce.
Although this is optional, it is advisable for your worker to have a t-shirt with the company’s logo and name on it.
Employ Staffs
No company can function without staffs, there are different segments in the pure water factory hence your recruitment should be based on where every individual can work in.
The recruitment of the staffs ranges from different duties which are packaging, production, cleaning, drivers, sales persons, security personnels hence the recruitment should be carried out accordingly.
